How To Heal Anxiety and Fear?

This post is a follow up to the previous post, How To Quickly Heal Your Body and Energetic Templates? – Big Picture, which described a method given to us by Guy Needler. The purpose of this post is to demonstrate how to make a sample form for healing conditions, such as Anxiety and Fear, or their more intense, prolonged or disabling versions manifest as Anxiety Disorders and Phobias.

How common is anxiety or fear?

Everybody has fear in dangerous (fight or flight) situations, in which fear serves as a natural, adaptive and protective function, keeping our mind and body ready for quick action. That’s normal fear or anxiety (e.g. climbing a tall ladder, meeting Chuck Norris in a dark alley). 😉


  • Children at certain ages commonly develop fears (e.g. fear of loud noises, strangers, separation anxiety in babyhood; fear of sleeping alone, the dark in early childhood, etc.).
  • But some people develop irrational fears or phobias, in which the threat is exaggerated or nonexistent (e.g. avoiding a doctor’s checkup, avoiding a park because of potential dogs).

In the United States, anxiety disorders are the most common mental illness, that affect 18% (or 40 million) of the adult population and about 8% of teenagers (ages 13-18, whose symptoms often start around age 6). The prevalence of different types of anxiety disorders is shown below (Source: National Institutes of Mental Health):

What are the symptoms of anxiety disorders?

There are a number of risk factors for anxiety disorders, including genetics, brain chemistry, life events and personality. The diagram (below) summarizes the major anxiety disorders and their characteristics (click to enlarge).


How to heal anxiety and fear?

As described in How To Quickly Heal Your Body and Energetic Templates? – Big Picture, this new approach to healing involves a meditation customized to your issues.

Step 1: Get ready to meditate in a sitting position with your feet flat on the floor, your eyes closed (focused on the third eye between the eyebrows), and your hands (with palms up) resting on your thighs. Imagine being in a totally bare white room (to quiet your mind).

Step 2: Visualize the room with one door. Walk to the door and open it to find yourself walking down a long white corridor. There is a room at the end on the right hand side.


Step 3: Enter the white room. Sit at the desk with a computer set up. You will find your personal health program displayed on the monitor.


Step 4: Choose and click on “Anxiety & Panic” from the alphabetic list of conditions.

Step 5: Specify your problem and cause if known and click the “OFF” boxes in the column to turn off that item. Click all the boxes that apply to your condition (e.g. physical, mental, negative thought processes, other fears or phobias), as shown in the Sample below.

Step 6: Select the energetic templates to be healed. Note that in this step you must Select ALL seven energetic templates that create your physical body. Then click the SAVE button to reprogram all your energetic templates to create your new, improved physical body. Done!

Step 7: Trust that when you have pure desire and intention, you have the power to heal your own physical and energetic bodies at will. Repeat this reprogramming as often as necessary. Doubts will negate the process, so don’t go there. To finish, return to the white corridor and the physical room where you started the meditation. Drink some water to ground yourself.

You can also use the same method to heal others using their personal health program. But you can only be the facilitator, who shows them how to do it, gives them that choice and then steps out of the way, because every person is responsible for their own healing.

Note: This procedure is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment of your condition. But it may be helpful along with other stress management techniques, meditation, breathing or aerobic exercises, yoga, self-help or support groups, dietary changes, cognitive behavioral therapy, and medications used to treat anxiety disorders, which are very treatable.
