What Are True Ascended Masters?

This is Part 1 of a two-part series on “Ascended Masters.” In previous posts, we discovered through Guy Needler’s work that ascension is a natural function of the multiverse, that is happening to everybody in the multiverse all of the time. What are true ascended masters?

A true ascended master is an entity, that has ascended through ALL of the 12 full dimensions of the multiverse (all 408 frequency bands), which gets them back to being one with Source. They have done it all and ascended it all, according to Needler.

But they choose to come back down again. They place themselves into some location in the multiverse to help the evolution of a whole civilization, a universe, galaxy, planet or whatever needs their assistance.
To do this, they detach themselves from the energies of the Source Entity, and they become individualized as energetic entities again.

In some instances, the masters will announce themselves to those, who are open enough to receive them as being an ascended master.

But there are many other humble souls, that are part of a spiritual hierarchy based upon service, such as maintaining the evolutionary efficiency of the multiverse and its structure.
These beings work for the benefit of ALL.

Needler said we’ve also had “visits” from the other Source Entities (SE2-SE11), where a small aspect of them became an ascended master to experience existence in our Source Entity’s multiverse, to learn outside their own area of responsibility (see Who Are the Ascended Masters From the Twelve Source Entities? – Big Picture Questions.com & Who Are the Ascended Lady Masters From Source Entities? – Big Picture Questions.com).

Some true masters include (pictured, top left to right): Jesus Christ, Krishna, Babaji, Lahiri Mahasaya, Sri Yukteswar, Yogananda, (not pictured) Buddha, Mohammed, Rama, and Patanjali.

What are the different types of masters?

A “master” is somebody who has mastered karma while on Earth and moved out of the need to incarnate in the physical universe. But there are many types of masters, including:

A mahavatar (or great avatar) is a divine incarnation, i.e. a fully illumined entity that is incarnate with all memory of its energetic self along with fully functioning energetic abilities.
A self-realized master is one who is accessing information from their True Energetic self, which leads to Christ consciousness.
A God-realized master is one who is accessing information from Source (or even the Origin), which leads to cosmic consciousness, according to Needler.
A guru is a religious teacher or spiritual guide.
A saint often clings to spiritual forms to set an example for disciples.

For example, Mahavatar Babaji was the “deathless guru” of the “illumined master” Lahiri Mahasaya, who was the guru of Sri Yukteswar, who was the guru of Paramahansa Yogananda (who was an OM being).

Self-realized masters could be a incarnation of love (e.g. Yogananda), an incarnation of wisdom (e.g. Sri Yukteswar) or a master of energy, or very rarely a master of all three components (e.g. Babaji, who is a Source Entity level non-ascended master from SE7, who chose not to ascend to be of service to us behind the scenes).
Lahiri Mahasaya was illumined enough for Babaji to appear to him and to teach him. But Lahiri was not an ascended master of the caliber of Babaji, whose True Energetic Self (TES/Higher Self) is in 12th full dimension (like his sister, Mataji).
Babaji did not appear to Sri Yukteswar, the teacher of Paramahansa Yogananda, who had incarnated as the ascended master El Morya earlier. His TES is around the 7th full dimension.

Some True Energetic Selves send high frequency aspects to play a specific role on Earth. Examples of such soul aspects include Mahatma Gandhi, John the Baptist, Meher Baba, St. Francis of Assisi, Socrates, etc.
Many inventors were also able to communicate with the greater reality and passively channel new information without understanding the process themselves. Examples: Fleming (penicillin), Baird (television), Edison (light bulbs), Einstein, Tesla, etc.

Where are we in the multiverse?

Guy Needler said we could argue that our True Energetic Self (TES) is an “ascended master” of sorts. It has ascended past the need to be incarnate in the gross physical level. It doesn’t really need to experience the lower frequencies to continue its evolution further up the multiverse (see Where Do Human and Other Souls Come From? – Big Picture Questions.com)..

Why do entities incarnate in the physical universe?

There are advantages to incarnating in the the physical universe, because that’s where we can experience much faster growth and evolution. Why? Because it is harder to exist in the lower frequencies than in the energetic side.

The True Energetic Self puts itself in stasis, while its soul aspects are still projected into the physical universe for incarnations.
When all the aspects have been pulled out and don’t need to incarnate any longer, that catapults the TES further ahead by releasing its “evolutionary tension.”

Why do entities incarnate on Earth?

Needler said Earth is the big experiment, where humans have total free will to choose individually what to do and how to do it, no matter how it affects others.

We have shown that the fastest way to grow and evolve is by having to figure things out on our own. The free will experiment is working. At some point it will be adopted by other incarnate races, that are still in the physical universe.
