“Here’s an easy to follow guide that covers exactly how to meditate for beginners. It is an easy guided meditation that can make you feel peaceful, calm and even blissful within minutes.

It also has meditation music that is transmitting the energy of bliss (Shakti) making it easy for you to feel peace and bliss quite quickly. You can hear more samples of this “Shakti Meditation Music” by visiting Kip Mazuy Bliss Music – Home | Facebook.

This beginners guide to meditation makes for a great mindfulness meditation to start your day that will help keep you feeling peaceful all day long. You can also use meditation in the evening to unwind, relax, and destress.

This series teaches the basics of mindfulness meditation for beginners.

The first step is to sit up straight. Putting a cushion underneath your tailbone makes it easy to sit without back support. If you need back support, that’s okay, just sit as upright as possible.

The chanting Om creates a vibration and a little devotion that gets you feeling good.

Next we take deep breaths through our nose, inhaling as much air as we can into the center of our chest. Hold for a few seconds, then exhale through your nose and relax. Repeat this a few times.

How to meditate, Mindfulness meditation:

Breathe naturally through your nose. Relax your body and notice the sensation of your breath moving in and out of your body.

Allow thinking to be, but do your best to rest your attention on the sensation of your breath.

To help focus your mind, do this simple mantra meditation:

Silently repeat “Hum” in the inhale and “Sah” on the exhale.

The meditation music in the background is transmitting the energy of the highest state of bliss called Kundalini Shakti. This makes it easy to feel peaceful and blissful.

Presently, hundreds of thousands of people around the world experience profound peace and bliss meditating to this music on a daily basis (see Ambient Meditation Music for Inner Peace – Bliss Music).”
