In a previous post, we learned about the rise and fall of ancient human civilizations, some of which disappeared leaving nothing behind. Even today some people have “catastrophobia” or fear of dying in some major cataclysm (see What Happens To People In Mass Deaths By Tsunamis, 9/11 Or Other Events? – Big Picture Questions.com). But should we be afraid to die? What happens to the ego, body and soul when we die?
How is the ego created?
When we think we are the ego or the body, we start to fear death. But those are simply tools that our soul uses to explore Earth. We are not our ego, body or soul, we’re much more than all those put together.
- The ego (false personality/lower self) is created by separation of the soul from its True Energetic Self (TES/Oversoul/Higher Self), which is who we really are (see Where Do Human and Other Souls Come From? – Big Picture Questions.com).
- Because our TES is too big to incarnate, it projects a small soul/aspect of itself into the human form, which is like a “wetsuit” we use to dip into and experience the low frequencies properly on Earth.
The ego is a transient construct, which will do anything it can to perpetuate itself. The ego wants us to stay in the low frequency material world. It tries to stop us from moving up the frequencies and to limit our connection or bandwidth with our True Energetic Self, according to Guy Needler.
What keeps the human body alive?
The human body cannot function without getting energy from both physical food and universal life force (prana), which exists as free energy everywhere in the multiverse. Since the energies of the True Energetic Self are at a much higher frequency than those found on Earth, they have to be gradually stepped down to be compatible with the human form.
That’s why the human form is made of some physical parts we can see and some energetic layers we can’t see. Our human vehicle is made of 10 frequency bands (FB) associated with:
- Three gross physical chakras (FB 1-2-3, root, sacral, solar, respectively),
- Four spirituo-physical chakras (FB 4-5-6-7, heart, throat, third eye, crown),
- Three purely “spiritual”/higher energy centers (FB 8-9-10, transpersonal).
Life force is collected by the lower 7 chakras at different frequency levels and circulated throughout the body by a complex energetic network that supports the organs, tissues and cells within the body (see Do We Need Our Chakras Or Not? – Big Picture Questions.com).

Each major chakra is associated with a corresponding energetic template and auric layer, which combine to form an ovoid energy field or aura around the body.
- The central Hara line runs vertically to connect the physical body with the True Energetic Self above us and to the Earth below us.
- The soul’s energies first come down the protective tunnel-like Hara line to the Tan tien, which is the major distribution point of all the energies. It is located in the abdomen about 3 inches above the navel and 3 inches into the center of the body (below).

The Tan tien distributes the soul’s energies to all the major, minor and mini chakras, plexuses, meridians and other structures to animate the whole body. It resembles a yellow/red ball with a bunch of brightly lit, very fine fiberoptic cables running all over the body to transmit energetic content to the physical and spirituo-physical levels.
- From the tan tien the sentience travels to the soul seat (behind the centre of the front of the chest, just behind the front heart chakra).
- The sentience in the soul seat is the essence of who you are. It is your energetic signature and the source of your sentience that has command over the energies in the tan tien that animate the body.
- The ego sits in the soul seat, too. It is the temporary human personality that we all use, which identifies itself with the body.
The core star is the brilliance of energy that is the connection or junction between the sentience and the tan tien.
What happens to the body and soul when we die?
When the physical body demises, it generally takes 3 days for all the life force to leave the body. During transition, the soul has to squeeze all its energies back out of the body (see How Do Souls Exit From Life? – Big Picture Questions.com).
- The core star energy starts to move back to the tan tien, then slowly upwards along the Hara line from the navel toward the ribcage, sternum, throat and third eye to finally shoot out of the crown chakra to join the True Energetic Self higher in the multiverse.
- This is where WE can help our loved ones exit the body by sending them our desire to release them along with our loving, supportive energetic intentions to hasten and complete the soul’s exit process with ease.
When the soul comes out of the 7th (crown) chakra and leaves the constraints of the physical body, the soul’s experience can be a complete blank, or a tunnel effect (ascending the Hara line), or a sudden expansion and knowingness, depending on your consciousness at the time.
- Generally, the soul does not get stuck at some astral hell/heaven or lower levels, although it may perceive various beings and dimensional environments, as it travels through dozens of levels on the way to its TES (“Home“).
- After the soul is free of the physical body, all parts of the energetic structure (e.g. chakras, meridians, etc.) disappear and become free energy that recycles back to the multiverse.
If the body is cremated, the flesh and bones are converted quickly back into free energy. But when the body is buried, the decomposition process wastes some energy and takes longer to convert some tissues (e.g. bones) into free energy.
What happens to the ego or personality when we die?
When the physical body dies and the soul/aspect is reintegrated back into the True Energetic Self, the link to the ego is completely severed. The ego dissolves after every incarnation along with the physical and energetic bodies (How Do Souls Exit From Life? – Big Picture Questions.com).
- But the memory set associated with the personality is not lost. The experiences stored in chakras 1-7 are passed onto the energy sets at FB 8-10, which are assimilated by the whole soul/aspect before it gets reintegrated back into the TES.
- Although the ego dies, we don’t lose our energetic signature or unique personality traits, desires, etc., which become part of a much bigger memory set of our TES.
The soul aspect that is animating the “you” here may become specialized over many lifetimes with certain skills (e.g. arts, science, etc.) and functions (e.g. innovator, leader, etc.) that can be used in many incarnations.
What happens when the soul reaches the True Energetic Self?
When the soul/aspect has left the physical universe and reached the much higher, much bigger True Energetic Self, it can create whatever environment it wants, based on its expectations of what happens after death.
- Some people see themselves as going to a healing/resting place, library, school, etc.
- But if they understand the Greater Reality, none of this occurs and they just become sentient energy in the form of a spherical ball of energy.
Then they go through a rather complicated life review process (see What Happens In Our Life Review After Death? – Big Picture Questions.com & How Detailed Is the Soul’s Life Review? – Big Picture Questions.com).
What happens when you almost die?
There are many books describing individuals that have undergone a near-death experience, an out-of-body experience or observed a past life death scene during hypnotic regression. Image: Astral body attached by a silver cord to the physical body.
- They commonly report floating and viewing one’s body from above, seeing a silver (astral) cord, watching resuscitation efforts, or passing through a tunnel of white light.
- They may meet their guide, loved ones or religious figures, and undergo a mini life review to get knowledge about the Greater Reality beyond the physical life.
Most people are transformed by their experience whether it’s a profoundly enlightening one or rarely a disturbing one (see What Is the Afterlife Like? – Big Picture Questions.com).
What happens in organ transplantation?
When someone is an organ donor, the organ (e.g. liver, kidney, heart, etc.) needs to be harvested quickly after death, so that it is full of life force, which leaves the body in 3 days.
- This means that the transplant recipient will receive an organ, that has been animated by the donor’s life force and ego/personality since conception, which are maintained for the life of the organ.
- It is not possible to reanimate the donated organ with the recipient’s energy signature.
This creates a hybrid ego or a partial walk-in (soul transfer) condition, where the donor’s personality traits may be reflected in the recipient in some ways. The donor and recipient may have a pre-incarnation agreement to do the transplant, so it may be a planned event.
What happens in the higher frequencies?
When we evolve to a higher frequency, we will be able to dissolve our physical form at will and convert it back into free energy without having to go through the aging and death process. We can also use free energy to teleport our sentience by focusing our intention to any location in the multiverse.
Image: Teleportation by using outer technology (left) vs. inner spiritual technology (right)
- We could instantly create/transmute a new physical vehicle suitable for a new location.
- This is how true masters (e.g. Babaji and others) can bilocate themselves to anywhere.
We have just forgotten that we ALL are capable of doing this on higher frequency versions of Earth and elsewhere in the physical universe, where physical forms are used.
Final Thoughts
There is no need to be afraid of death, which is a transition, a release from the physical realm and simply a change in form. Nothing is lost, because we are eternal beings and part of the Source, which is part of the Origin/The All.
“It is safe to be in my body. I am empowered most when I am in my body.” – Wendy Kennedy
Wendy Kennedy also said: “Everyone who has gone through a death cycle has done so willingly. There is not a single person on the planet who has died, that did not do everything they wanted to do in this life. We guarantee you, if there was anything else that they wanted to do, they would have done it. Even in death you co-create with others.”
“Do you think that just because you’ve died you stop creating? Now the reason you do not stop creating when you die is that you don’t ever die. You cannot. For you are life itself.” – Neale Donald Walsch
